Set against the backdrop of the Seattle music scene, FAT KID RULES THE WORLD tells a coming-of-age story of two dysfunctional teenagers searching for something more from their seemingly hopeless existence. Troy Billings is fat, his life sucks, and he's about to end it all by jumping in front of a bus when charismatic punk rocker Marcus Macrae tackles him to the ground and changes both of their lives forever.
