Pirates of the Caribbean 4 teaser

After the last two movies left a sour taste in my mouth, it looks like Bruckheimer and the writers made a fresh start.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I really like what I see. Feels more like the first film, which is encouraging.

Very Encouraging. It's a fun series, with some great action and an awesome lead character - i'm there.

Blackbeard! Zombies!

I've been skeptical since the flick was announced, but that looks like a blast -- and, more importantly, like a genuine PotC movie. Looks like it'll make for a perfect father-son outing with my boy.

oh come ON!
A they are disney films
B they are about pirates as 'heroes'
C they are fantasies
D the star is the guy from 21 Jump Street
once you accept all those you can't start pointing fingers at the series and say
oh it doesn't have this, or there's too much of that, or it's cheesy, or its silly....
it's freaking undead Disney pirates!
I think 2 and 3 hit their mark just fine.
and it beats the crap out of the kiddie ride in disney world.

That will solve everything! I've had it! I've had it with wobbly-legged, rum-soaked pirates! "

Richard Grieco is in it as well? Awesome!!!!

I think Pirates 3 rocked by the way. Pirates 2 was a bit out there however.

Enjoyed the first movie a great deal and got burned by the two sequels (At World's End is one of the most mind-numbingly boring movies I've ever seen)... I probably will not be seeing this in the theater.
