RIP Anne Francis

When I find myself in times of trouble, I say 'boy, you gotta carry that weight.' I am he, you are he, you are me, we are all together, speaking words of wisdom. Come together, right now. Amen.

Damn, the last two stars from "Forbidden Planet" (Anne and Leslie Nielsen) passing away days from each other, one at the end of 2010 and the other at the very start. Creepy, and sad!

May she RIP and God be with her family.

I have to admit to not being overly familiar with her work outside of Forbidden Planet, but it is a shame to have yet another member of that film pass away.

She had a nice supporting part in Bad Day at Black Rock, and had a number of appearances in early to mid 60's television the most notable being the short-lived series Honey West

RIP.

Sadly Honey West was so short lived, it had a very quirky vibe to it and she was absolutely perfect in it. R.I.P, Anne, and say hi to Leslie will you?
