Screamers

Postby Steve T Power » Fri Feb 20, 2009 7:06 am

Just thought i'd add. This was filmed here in my neck of the woods. And i had no interest whatsoever until i read Johnson's review.

I hope Outlander turns out as good (that was filmed here too!)

SKIP IT! Seriously, this movie (Screamers: The Hunting) is terrible. I watched it a couple nights ago. Laughably bad. The "twist" (if you can call it that) is so telegraphed that you won't think it is a twist at all.

The acting is mediocre, the script lazy, and most of the special effects are atrocious. Screamers (1) was no masterpiece, but this film makes it look like Blade Runner.

Andy Stitzer: No, it wasn't.
