Inferno

[Inferno] is the director at his purest, an underrated gem deserving of Argento's maiden voyage onto Blu-ray.

It may deserve to be his debut but it is, in fact, his fourth North American Blu-ray release, following The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, The Stendhal Syndrome and Two Evil Eyes.

In all my enthusiasm, I completely forgot about said Blu-rays... even though they've all been on my Amazon wishlist for four months now. But hey, that's a testament to the quality of Inferno on Blu-ray, right? It makes those releases seem like a far and distant memory. One thing we can all agree on: it has nothing to do with my shortcomings as a reviewer.

I hope the rest of the review was up to snuff and formally retract my mistake.
