internet usefulness

i started writing another book and i am tossing it out there for commentary.

right now the working title is

the Non Profit's cheap-ass guide to the internet.

it's an instruction book on how a broke nonprofit group can exploit the internet for the best results.
I have done this with 5 different non profit groups and it is always a struggle between cost versus return
so i have a LOT of low capital methods.
frustrating part is i am ending up trying to explain it over and over again for each group.

PLEASE
suggest ideas and websites that you have heard about or seen good results from.

i am also including a chapter on smartphones and the non profit
but i don't have a lot of android experience
