I have talked a few of the animal rescue workers into trying a podcast
we always seem to have a lot of funny stories when we get together it may be viable.

can some of you guys give me some pointers on podcasting?
recommend any software, hardware or sites for advice?

i have been studying up on it for months now.

Skype and My Call Graph to record - unless you do it live.

Audacity to edit

Podbean to host.

The Levelator is a miracle worker when it comes to adjusting audio levels. And it's free.

Like STP, I've used Audacity and liked it well enough. Another option -- although it isn't free -- is Mixcraft, which I think is the PC equivalent of Garage Band. Or so I've read.
