I'd strike STRIPES from that list. It's classic Murray, Ramis, Candy, and Reitman... and it holds up.

The first time I saw Stripes, I enjoyed it a great deal. I went back and watched it again a few years later, and I was surprised by how wearisome I found the whole thing. Murray, Ramis, and Candy are all in fine form, but I think the screenplay suffers from an overabundance of '80s comedy cliches. Of course, this is coming from someone who loves The Three Amigos!, so, y'know, potaytoes, potahtoes.

I thought Ford was great (particularly during the climactic scene in which the truth is revealed to him), but I had read the book beforehand and found the film somewhat lacking in comparison. Not that the book was one of the great literary achievements of recent years, but still...
