What? Another new and recent CD releases program after only three weeks? Yes indeed, kids... there's a lot of just-released stuff to explore. So dive into the musical grab bag of joy that is "The Sounds and Sights of Cinema" this week and you'll hear...

Hard Contract - Alex North
Hanover Street - John Barry
My Sister's Keeper - Aaron Zigman
Airplane! - Elmer Bernstein
Battlestar Galactica: Season 4 - Bear McCreary
The Ugly Truth - Aaron Zigman
The Right Stuff - Bill Conti
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - Nicholas Hooper
The Split - Quincy Jones
None But the Brave - John Williams
Lonely Are the Brave - Jerry Goldsmith
Public Enemies - Elliot Goldenthal
In the Electric Mist - Marco Beltrami
The Stoning of Soraya M. - John Debney
Norma Rae - David Shire

Phew! A lot of memorable music there, so I hope you'll give it a listen. "The Sounds and Sights of Cinema": All the pleasure of dessert without any of the calories!

Is the release for The Right Stuff a new and separate album? The only one I've been able to find is paired with North and South. Great score to a great film.

Yes, it's a new limited release. Sadly, it doesn't contain a whole lot more than the previous album you mentioned does, but it's nice to have a somewhat expanded release, anyway.
