As a racing game aficionado the reason I'm excited about his game is the pedigree behind it. Any guess what this will turn out to be?
In development at UK upstart Playground Games, which was formed in 2009 by ex-Codemasters execs Trevor Williams and Nick Wheelwright and staffed with veterans from Black Rock, Bizarre Creations and Slightly Mad, series spin-off Horizon is described as a "fast-paced, pick-up-and-play racing game"

I'm semi intrigued... Forza's "Industry best" driving model coupled to the setup of something like Dirt 2 - THAT I could get behind!

Dumbed down Forza, meh, I have Arcade mode for that...
