First all of all I have on idea what horror movie Dave was talking about.

Secondly you guys forgot what is probably the most famous movie where a harmonica plays an improtant role : Once Upon A Time In The West.

I believe the death by harmonica scene you were talking about is in Cabin Fever. You even mention it in your review, Case Number 03917. Occurs near the end of the film when Rider Strong comes upon the cool kids partying with the local cop. It's a totally 80's cheese horror tribute from Eli Roth.
