why pray tell after bleeping out words for broadcast of 'reality tv'
do they THEN continue to bleep out words on the <bleeping> dvd
AND leave in the 'program contains inappropriate content' title card..

i mean it's a DVD fercrying out loud that's WHY WE RENT THEM
so we can catch what was <bleeping> Bleeped out!!

thus endeth the rant.

Rant duly noted.

May I ask which series to which you refer? The problem is most likely that the studio 'bleeped' the offending language right from the get-go, so there isn't any uncut footage to go back to for the DVD release. Because in the year 2009, the words 'shit' and 'f---' might just cause our youth to go on bloody killing sprees, you know.

not overly fond of reality tv perse..seems to me a lot of established tv has been retrofitted with the label of 'reality tv'
travel, food, how to, etc...
so unfortunately i only have the one example at hand but i am sure it's rampant
especially with dvds vended from walmart

todays annoyance is Bourdain's No Reservations S4 which i am DAMN sure wasn't bleeped rom the moment it was in the can.
