98.00 Blu-Ray Player

As I said in another thread, I lost 4 DVD players due to a storm. I had a nice upconvert HDMI player hooked to my 50" plasma that died.
Walmart has this Magnavox NB530MGX Blu-ray player for 98.00. Now that's less than I spent on my upconvert, and it plays blu-ray and it upconverts.
So for now I was thinking of getting it until I can afford a nice blu-ray, and then I'll put this one in my Dad's room since I'm going to have to get him a new TV in there.
Going to get him a 32" LCD, most likely a 720. So that will do.
But I just wanted to see if anyone here has this or knows someone who has it and can give me a thumbs up or down. I've been reading some reviews and most like it for a basic blu-ray player.
