DVD cataloging

I now have a lot of DVD's, be it regular DVD's and box sets. I tried using DVD spot to catalog them and it took me a while to put them in there, then like a month after I did they shut down. So I want to get a program to use offline (so that won't happen again). I was wondering which one is reccommended? Thanks for your help

DVDProfler isn't bad. I used it for a few years before DVDSpot. You can keep your collection offline with a piece of software, andit automatically generates a website for you if you want to show it off.

That seems to be only for windows. I have a mac, any ideas for this?

http://www.DVDCrate.com is now up and running in beta. While it's not yet as robust or attractive as DVDSpot, it seems solid and rapidly improving. Uploading my collection in CSV format was a snap, once I read the directions.

All together, it is my collection's new online home. I'm optimistic that it'll be around for a good long while.

But realistic that I plan to export the collection every 4-6 weeks.
