LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Marilyn Chambers, the pretty Ivory Snow soap girl who helped bring hard-core adult films into the mainstream consciousness when she starred in the explicit 1972 movie ''Behind the Green Door,'' has died at 56.

Whoa! Very sad. She was a major part of the whole porno chic movement of the '70s. Beautiful in her own way.

Honestly, she wasn't very nice when I met her, but she's still definitely a legend in her business, and it's a shame she had to die fairly young.
