I posted a problem I was having with firefox and the new version of quicktime 7.2 a few weeks back.. My head was spinning in circles because I couldn't find a solution when suddenly, just today, I did!! And all I had to do was do a search to find the answer in a CNET group.. Unbelievable!

For anyone else out there that might own a Mac and maybe going through the same annoyance, the fix-it is quite a simple one!

Simply go to the FLASH PLAYER website and download the new version of FLASH for your Mac (it says for "Intel Based Macs", just ignore that if you don't have an Intel Based Mac <which i do not>) after that simply start up firefox and it works in, um, a flash!!!

I'm very pleased with myself right now, I fixed something... WOO HOO!

i couldn't get Thunderbird to work for almost a year...finally the 50ith time i installed it. i set a switch differently.
and voila! no more crashes. (the trick was to NOT look for mail upon opening. cause as soon as i started to DO something else it blew up) so now i open it and THEN look for mail. i felt so smug.


today i mastered the view your basket function on my webpage
very smug now.

My fix-it on Firefox works great but now when I go to launch Safari Quicktime doesn't work! I cannot believe this..
