Pandora anyone

Anyone use Pandora.com? I'm trying to figure it out.

1. if you add something to your station by mistake there doesn't seem to be a way to undo it. Am I missing something?
2. why does it get stuck in a rut. I added a wide variety but it picks a genre and sticks with it. It may play Metal for an hour and I have to refresh the page to change that, but then it's blues for an hour. Do I have to make separate stations and mash them together?

I use it everyday and love it. I actually paid my $36 to support them - a rarity in my online ways.

1. There's an option button when you hover over your station. Under that you can choose to edit your station.
2. I don't mash stations, so I would have a seperate metal and blues stations. I would think such disparate styles in one place would confuse Pandora as a station is supposed to be one theme - I think. I would make two different stations and go from there.
Avatars are cool.

It's starting to get complicated. I think what I need to do is make perhaps 10 stations. One with a Judas Preist and Iron Maiden song as a seed, one Aerosmith and AC/DC, one Luther Vandross and Jimmy Ruffin etc...

Fewer songs per station but a couple to give it something to work. Then I can hit the quick mix button. I wish it were more like movie sites where you get a variety by rating all kinds of stuff. Netflix isn't confused by my varied tastes.

I use both Pandora and Slacker, and prefer the latter. Mainly because you can get "genre" channels on Slacker, whereas Pandora forces you to "seed" the channel with a single artist. Because sometimes I just want to listen to generalized 80s crap, not just "80s crap that sounds like Duran Duran".
