In the season 5 finale of Grey's Anatomy, they left us wondering what was going to happen to George and Izzie. What do you guys think will happen to them?
I heard that George, in his real life, said he did not want to be on the show anymore. So does it mean that he is going to die in the following season? I like him and I really don’t want George to go, he is one of my idol.
Actually, I think Izzie is going to die because she was on the elevator and George was not.

I'm amazed Katherine Heigel is still on. She's made such an <donkey> of herself in public that she's the next Val Kilmer / Shannon Doherty. By that I mean talented people who are so hard to work with that their career ultimately fails. she better straighten up or she too will be relegated to a short lived Sci Fi channel reality program.

One could hope for the entire cast to die in some truly stupid contrived fashion so this moronic show would finally die, but TV execs never listen to me...

Not really a spoiler, as the info has been out for some time...
George is dead. TR Knight got fed up with the way Shondra Rhimes had been treating the character (with good reason, I might add).
Both Heigl and star Ellen Pompeo will miss a chunk of episodes at the beginning of the season, Heigl to work on a film, Pompeo for maternity leave.
