Ok, I am in the minority here, but I dig ALIEN RESSURECTION. It once again manages to be something of its own without being a blasted retread of the first film, with perhaps my favorite look to the alien universe of any of the films.

As for Whedon claiming the execution was all wrong...man, I do love his work, but he really needs to take credit for the film as much as everyone else. if the film does have a problem, it lies more with the screenplay than anything else.

EDIT: Not really the best CRACKED has done. Mostly complaining about points that either miss the point entirely about the work (Penny's death in Doctor Horrible is the key to the whole thing), or picking on points that have various, highly complex issues and debates surrounding them (the sheer amount of feminist writting on BUFFY is overwhelming, and full of debate). And yes, Whedon's fans can be, um, rude to say the least, but that is why, as with any show's ultra hard core fanbase who go over board on everything, you simpley ignore them.

Joss may be a great writer, and I usually LOVE his shows... but seriously.... these are some super valid points. CRACKED is dead on!
