but Alas it has mutated and is turning 9 out of 10 people into zombies

whom do you save and where do you hold up?

Would probably be the local Tim Horton's (which i only just got back from), and probably the usual crowd.

Jak's Steakhouse, old, solid building with only two doors which can be easily barricaded, incredibly well stocked freezers and fridges, a vast supply of liquor (lots of really good stuff, too, no Boone's Farm), and big comfortable booths that could convert nicely. The upstairs office would serve as a nice observation point/sniper spot. Who do I save? My best friend of course, my buddy Jeff and his wife and kids (both he and his wife are superb shots as well), and heck, might as well save Jamie, the incredibly hot waitress. The rest? Eh, they're on their own. My family lives too far away to risk MY ass saving them.... 8)

The Dixie Chicken, naturally. Plenty of refreshments and no shortage of people to strike up a game of 42 with.

My winchester...sort of
the 1859 House down the block..i don't spend as much time there as I used to.
they raised the food prices and i'd rather drink where i can afford a sandwich
the 1859 has good solid barricadable walls.
of course there is the terrace entrance...hmm

I'd take my Dad and any other relatives I could.
I'm trying to think of a local well built strip club that has decent food.
Hmmmm........

Your madness and addiction to flavoured teas would get us all killed. 75% of its outer wall is picture windows roughly 6.5 -7 feet in height. No, my plan would include Christian's, George Street's oldest establishment. Single file entranceway, easy enough to bottleneck the shambling dead. Tiny pub windows a good 7 feet above ground, and solid brick build. Heavy wood in the bar is perfect for barricades, and we can always escape onto the roof and use the rooftops of George for a speedy escape should the plan go to bollocks. And if I'm wrong, we die with our boots on and a nice Irish pint in our hands.

I'd probably just let them eat me, truth be told.
