STAR TREK - Different Versions

Postby BrettCullum » Tue Nov 17, 2009 9:25 am

Okay, I know the BluRay has more extras than the DVD. But what is the difference between The two disc version and the single disc? Is it simply the digital copy?

From what I gather, the digital copy is actually on the first disc with the movie (I wonder how that will affect compression). The second disc is the deleted scenes and the demo of Star Trek D-A-C for Xbox 360.

Star Trek D-A-C sucked big time.

Actually, the Single Disc includes the film, the commentary, "A New Vision" featurette, and the Gag Reel.

I'd review it for Pixel Verdict, but honestly I think that more than two people on that site need to start feeling the pain of playing trash.

I reviewed it back when it was originally released and to its credit, it's mercifully short in terms of how long you need to play to see all it has to offer.

True but I'm miffed there's no free demo for PS3. Perhaps that's an act of kindness, but as a Trekkie, I need my pain. It's what defines us.
