Snowmageddon 2010!

Postby Steve T Power » Sat Feb 06, 2010 9:35 am

Hey gang, so we're up to our upper chest in snow, and judging from the facebook lurking, most of the East coast right on down is getting hammered (and some of the south as well!)

Who's getting hit with mounds of the white stuff? And what are you doing to keep yourselves sane between snow shoveling sessions?

After my employer finally threw in the towel and closed the store after a four hour stint without a single phone call or customer, I spent some time with Dante's Inferno on the PS3. Now I feel I must atone, so it looks like I'll be doing some shoveling.

We didn't get as much snow as usual over here. But it's been pretty cold. I'm mostly playing Borderlands, watching The Simpsons, working, going to school, watching a few movies, studying and doin' the Tommy Chong thing..

North Jersey somehow was the sole pocket that didn't get snowed in. Business as normal here...

Pretty much buried alive and loving it. Wish I could go out for subs, though.

The southeast got a bit last week and melted it just today. We're lucky our storm was the prelude. 10 inches in NC is very rare and caused havoc I promise you. We won't get anymore according to the latest predictions.

8.62°C/47.52°F here. Far below minimum human survival requirements in the land o sunshine!

I am soooo disappointed. Not one flake of snow in the Puget Sound this winter other than way up in the mountains..... I love the stuff! Send me your excess!
