Vizio XVT3D580CM 58" 21:9 CinemaWide 3D HDTV for a very good price from Costco. The only HDTV in the States (Philips has made and sold similar sets in Europe since 2009) designed for 2:35:1 anamorphic movies (to the detriment of 1:78:1 and 1:85:1 framed movies/TV shows, which end up with black bars on the sides of the screen). The first three movies I watched on this bad boy:

Not pictured is the fourth movie I saw, the James Cameron-produced
3D cave diving movie
"Sanctum." It's horrible, but the 3D effect on the Vizio (considering it was from compressed Time Warner Cable on 1080i) was pretty good with passive 3D glasses. And it can only get better when I update the PS3 to play 3D BD discs. Pleased as punch with my new set except, size and picture-wise, it's a trade-off down to the brands and models of sets I was looking at. For the bang-for-buck price I got it for though, the 58" Vizio rocks.
