Brooke Burke will help transform your body!
My generation knows Brooke Burke's landmarks from her time on E!'s Wild On... showing off the world's landmarks. My mother's generation knows Brooke Burke's ta-tas from doing the cha-cha on Dancing with the Stars. However you know her, you also know Brooke has a rockin' body, making her the perfect person to help you transform yours.
The full Tone & Tighten workout consists of warm up, lower body, upper body, core, and cool down sections. You can play them all for an hour-long sweat session or pick and choose. If this isn't your first time exercising in front of your DVD player, you've done these moves -- crunches, curls, and lifts -- before. They may not be new, but they are effective. I found the upper body section didn't make me feel the burn quite like the rest. One of Brooke's backup sweating smilers modifies some of the moves for beginners.
The DVD rocks as hard as Brooke's abs: standard defintition 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen, 2.0 Dolby Stereo, and brief "what fitness means to me" interviews with Brooke and her personal trainer.
Brooke is set free to continue her transforming.
