Special features on this disc are scarce, but you'll be able to customize your workout. The DVD carries a proper full-frame presentation, and the audio transfer works just as well.
Even though the Carido Dance session is rather disappointing, the Pilates programs will more than likely offer you just the kind of workout you're looking for.
