If this isn't your first time exercising in front of your DVD player, you've done these moves—crunches, curls, and lifts—before. They may not be new, but they are effective. I found the upper body section didn't make me feel the burn quite like the rest. One of Brooke's backup sweating smilers modifies some of the moves for beginners.
