All Rise...Judge David Johnson's greatest Super Bowl moment was eating two pounds of mozz sticks. Editor's NoteOur reviews of NFL: Greatest Super Bowl Moments (2005) (published January 13th, 2006) and NFL: Greatest Super Bowl Moments (2006) (published January 4th, 2007) are also available. The ChargeIt takes only one moment for legends to rise. The CaseJust in time for the over-hyped rematch between the Patriots and the Giants, NFL Films has a robust presentation looking at every single Super Bowl that has preceded this one. Clocking in at 156 minutes, this bad boy will ladle on the highlights from the Big Games that took us from Landry's Cowboys to Rodgers' Packers. Now, it should be noted that since all Super Bowls weren't created equal, the lopsided blowouts don't score as much runtime as the nailbiters. Which means don't plan on extended highlight reels of the Chicago Bears nuking the Patriots out of their cleats or the Bills getting themselves stomped into submission by the Cowboys. The Panthers and Patriots? The Titans and Rams? The Steelers and Cardinals? Yes, plenty to digest and re-digest there. Thankfully, the shot-callers behind NFL: Greatest Super Bowl Moments know what to focus on and they milk the drama out of the exciting games for all of their worth. And even though the outcomes won't surprise anyone, the top-tier presentation from NFL Films ensures you won't think you're watching a goofy game, but rather a sweeping historical epic about gladiators and war. I'm all for it! Essentially, you're looking at the complete anthology of Super Bowl highlights and there's plenty to soak in here. Hardcore fans of the game's history might enjoy some of the early lesser-known Super Bowls, and the casual imbiber will likely relate more to the contemporary drama. Either way, NFL: Greatest Super Bowl Moments handles itself well and delivers a high-end string of content. The DVD: 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen, Dolby 2.0 stereo, and three brief featurettes. The VerdictNot Guilty. Oh, hey…there's David Tyree on the cover! (Must you haunt
