All Rise...Judge David Johnson enjoys hot body yogurt. Editor's NoteOur reviews of Denise Austin: 3-Week Boot Camp (published January 9th, 2010), Denise Austin: Body Burn With Dance And Pilates (published February 28th, 2009), Denise Austin: Body Makeover Mix (published January 9th, 2010), Denise Austin: Get Fit Daily Dozen (published February 28th, 2009), and Denise Austin: Sculpt And Burn Body Blitz (published September 11th, 2011) are also available. The ChargeTwo workouts for a lean, sexy body. The CaseHey, I want a lean, sexy body! And apparently, all I have to do to achieve it is put my body into unholy shapes and almost certainly destroy my knee ligaments. Well-known fitness guru Denise Austin employs the freaky magic of yoga to punish your muscles and joints and help you along towards a body that doesn't scare small children at the beach. The feature is divided into two programs, "Yoga Fit" and "Yoga Sculpt," both of which clock in at 30 minutes apiece. Yoga Fit Yoga Sculpt I've never done yoga. I fear that if I even attempted to bend myself into a rudimentary yoga position I wouldn't be able to walk for a month. Though I have no doubt that a dedicated Hot Body Yoga session can lead to an effective work-out and just seeing these fitness pros breaking sweats during their workout bears that out. The DVD: no extras, but the 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer is attractive. The VerdictNot snap Guilty. Uh oh. I think that was my femur.
