The Case

For the hardcore Cheeseheads, here are three broadcast games hand-picked by…someone. Their hated rivals, the Chicago Bears, are the victims in these contests.

Disc One: 01/12/95, 35-28
Before he was blowing pivotal NFC games with inopportune interceptions and sending pictures of his dongle to cell phones, Favre was picking apart the Bears in this game.

Disc Two: 12/09/01, 17-7
Another snoozer most of the way, until some late-game heroics sealed it for the Pack. Here, both teams were fighting for a playoff spot.

Disc Three: 12/07/03, 34-21
The pocket synopsis for this game on the disc case says this one "sparks a late season surge." Without any context or extras, we're merely left to gauge what that surge was. The game's okay, though.

Three discs, three games, all of which snag adequate full-frame treatments. There are no extras. As I've said for other Greatest Rivalries releases, these are for the dedicated only.

The Verdict

For the target audience: Not Guilty. For anyone else: Look these up on Wikipedia.
