Case Number 07978: Small Claims CourtSelf: Slim And Sleek Fast
Koch Vision // 2005 // 45 Minutes // Not Rated Judge David Johnson burned four calories writing this review for you. But he was munching on some Snyder's Hot Buffalo Wing pretzel pieces while he was doing it, so that's probably a net loss.
The ChargeSee results in just four weeks! The CaseAnother bout of SELF-propelled fat burning has arrived, and this one promises results in four weeks? Is that an accurate statement? I've got no idea. I have neither the time, motivation, or gender to test it out. But judging by the quantity and quality of the exercises, I would say it could do the trick. (Note: David Johnson is not an authorized fitness consultant and in fact sucked in gym class.) The presentation is a typical SELF DVD. Prior to the featured workout, the instructor takes you through what she wants to accomplish, knocking out bullet points and letting fly with tips and disclaimers. Running point is Ellen Barrett, a certified instructor and 14-year teaching veteran. As with the other DVDs of this ilk, Ellen and a group of backups take to the beach to do their workout. Using some hand-weights and a floor mat (not included…that's a joke), these ripped ladies will take you through a variety of exercises, some obviously more high-impact that others, but all geared toward a more holistic toning of the body. The workouts are a mix of cardio calorie-burning and simple resistance (usually with weights). The entire program runs 45 minutes, ending with a recap about the exercises and few more reminders. A bonus workout accompanies called "Total Body Turnaround," which is, as far as I can tell, another general routine for the whole body. Whatever, it's still 15 more minutes of moves. It's another top-shelf batch of calorie-burning gesticulations from Koch Vision. Judge David Johnson's Personal Pain Rating: Similar Decisions
